2 hours waiting for delivery

unfortunately got a cold pizza with shawarma because it was late at night and I already had eaten it
after I call, I get a big mouth why you complaint always complaints apparently it is not a good restaurant because I am not the only one
apart from that I asked an employee I can not put any improvement points if I am not satisfied then I was not allowed here so my review
do not order frozen pizza but warm at another togo wall here it is impossible
is that I have to give a star for this poison factory to post something wall this is really not normal
You really can't wait 3 hours
More than 2 hours have to wait for a pizza, after 1.5 hours called and was told. Still 10 minutes, they are on the way ... half an hour later via email asked if I got them for free because it was now 2 hours waiting time. ..then they started calling that they had never said that ... that they were on their way ... and that my pizza wasn't really free, after 2 hours and 10 minutes my pizza was there ... bad 😈
