I feelt very uncomfortable when i spek English with Ing worker, after that she look at me and my fiancee, she laught with another worker. 1 star for that.

Just visited ING Capelle (24/12/20) with additional questions about a received personal check from the USA. The only thing the lady kept doing was referring to the website and PDF and further rebuking at the front door. We no longer do checks here. We are not the USA sir! Asking further questions was therefore impossible. Hopelessly customer unfriendly.
