I really have never seen such a rude man as Erik Deelen. The number of stars made me feel good, but nothing could be further from the truth. Car has been there for a long time he does not communicate if you correct him, he is immediately irritated and he becomes very personal to the point of rude. Mr Deelen will become very furious again and take the story completely out of context on my review he cannot stand a reply but that is not my problem I do not lower myself to his level maybe a course how do you deal with customers would not miss sir , not keeping appointments pointing a finger is very easy via the internet that is allowed if the gentleman can sleep better as a result. I know the truth I do not think it appropriate to go into detail I am merely expressing my opinion of my experience with this company. Don't warn anyone who does business with this man. 1 star is too much.

Today I went to this garage for the first time for malfunctioning radio. Very fast diagnosis and solution was given and not ridiculously expensive as I expected. It was also quite busy and still Erik (and the man who helped me) was very friendly and no question is too much. Many people can learn something from that. In the meantime I am looking for another car and was also allowed to try his Peugeot 207 (which drove very well). All in all, a very good first experience!
