Bought a Ford Focus here a few weeks ago on a Saturday along with a € 695 delivery package. I would be able to pick him up that Wednesday, unfortunately this was not due to work. So I agreed to pick him up the following Saturday. I did this. But on delivery I found out that the paint damage that the car has not been updated as it is in the delivery package. I immediately indicated this and they would check it. I then took the car home because otherwise I would not have any transport. After telephone contact I was allowed to bring the car back on Tuesday afternoon so that they could still update the paint. When I get there I am told that the whole package was done but that they had forgotten to update the paint damage. I was then able to pick up the car the next day. When I come home, they only did the entire delivery package that day, so I had not said anything about the paint damage with delivery, they had simply not done the entire package.

They did not earn 10,000 euros because we were able to discuss the car we wanted to buy in another language. He found it disturbing and reacted aggressively. Bye!!!
