Terrible experience! I have ordered something on Tuesday and they told me they will deliver the product on Friday! Friday I called and they said we deliver today but they said we don't know the time! We were waiting the whole day and nothing came, we contacted them many times and finally late in the afternoon someone picked up the phone but she said she doesn't know. I've received a text msg afterwards that I'm in the car....! ( I guess meaning don't call us) No clue what does it mean! After 3 emails they finally said we send out on Monday!!! No apology no excuse no explanation. I have received another email saying that don't order with us anymore, all other customers are happy and you are the only unhappy one! So binnen 2 dagen geleverd is a joke! Very rude! Unprofessional and unreliable! Maybe they are good in cutting trees, though! Rest of the story... After they threaten me that if I'm not happy and I keep sending email they will cancel my order, I wrote them that I paid for the product and I want my product to be delivered. Guess what!! They canceled my product because they are not happy! Normal businesses try to keep their customers happy, and here they try to keep themselves happy! Lets hope I receive the money back!

Hier 4 berkenstammetjes gehaald om een kapstok van te maken. Ik mocht ze zelf uitkiezen en ze werden daarna direct ter plekke voor me schoon gespoten. Ze hebben een ruime collectie en vriendelijke medewerkers. Maken zelf ook mooie producten van hout. Zeker de moeite waard! PS: Google maps gebruikt om er te komen, die leidde me naar het woonhuis, het blijkt dat je iets verderop bij de loods moet zijn.

Via de mail een bestelling geplaatst voor wat boomstammen. 11 februari geld overgemaakt en 25 februari gemaild met de vraag wanneer ik mijn bestelling kan verwachten. Tot op heden geen reactie. Update1: reactie gekregen van decoratietakken, er was iets mis gegaan en de stammen worden alsnog opgestuurd. Kan gebeuren, ik wacht het nog even af. Zal mijn review aanpassen zodra ik de stammen binnen heb.

We were looking for 2 bunches of (birch) branches. Arrived at decoratietakken.nl and found what we were looking for. Ordered 2 bunches and delivered very well packaged two days later. Due to this good experience a day later 2 bunches, but now white, birch branches ordered and these are now at the delivery service, so on their way. All in all, a really good experience.

I had ordered 3 wooden boards from decoratietakken.nl, this was a gift for my sister, she wanted this. The product was very beautiful and exactly what I expected it to be, was well packed so that the boards would not be damaged during transport. And the delivery was fast and the products were not expensive. I will definitely order something from them again when I need something again
