Very bad. Webshop not up to date, so customers pay in advance with the idea that the product is in stock. After two days you will receive an e-mail stating that it is not there and it must still be ordered from the supplier. You call this pre-ordering but that is not how it is on the website. After that, it remains completely silent and you, as a customer, have to go after your money / purchased product. You are sent from the box to the wall. If you want to buy something from Joy Jewelery, go to another store / supplier such as M&M boutique in The Hague. I also informed Joy myself. Staff very unfriendly (Eindhoven).
