Kookstudio Bastronomie

We had a company outing that we had to put together ourselves. On the day itself! So I called Bas (Mathieu) at 9 o'clock. I didn't know Bas, but I came across his cooking studio through Google. I asked him if he was busy. "Not by chance today," he said. So I presented him with my challenge: 14 people who had to cook for themselves today! And we could do little in advance, because we also had a morning and an afternoon program, so whether he could do the shopping then ... First he asked me what the hell I did to him, but then he immediately became enthusiastic and started calling out what we could do. He went straight to work and I sent him a confirmation e-mail (and so Bas had my details). When I called him half an hour later with some questions, he was already in a store ... We were with him at 5 pm and started cooking with 14 people. Bas explained in advance what the intention was per dish and then we could get started. Bas remained calm no matter what happened and no question was too much for him. The dishes were super tasty, even though we had made them ourselves, haha. So: actually the recipes were tasty! Bas took the time to do everything. Had some extras in store for us (delicious carpaccio, the sensational bullit flower and delicious wines). I personally thought the dessert was the best, but I hadn't helped with that myself ;-) In short, Mathieu ouwe Kruik: it was a fantastic afternoon / evening. A 10 with a stick! Genius

Yesterday had a great bachelor party at Kookstudio "Bastronomie" in Mierlo with Master Chef Bas (Mathieu Basemans). A delicious Italian 4-course dinner, all made with fresh herbs and fruit from the garden. Then, while enjoying a delicious glass of Italian wine with herbal liqueur, the Italian dinner was eaten in a great atmosphere. A very nice experience in a great location !! Great !! 👍👍
