Super company, after a call within 5 days one of their advisers will be on the doorstep to make a quote. Everything neatly explained with various different panels and the differences between the best solution chosen for us. Quotation received within 1 day. Made an appointment for the installation and on the day itself the gentlemen were there right on time 11.30am (indicated between 11am and 1pm) and at 4pm they were gone again and everything connected. During installation they stepped through the rain gutter (I had already calculated because of its condition) but this was immediately neatly resolved. In the future I might want to place a 2nd installation on the garage and then they can come by again.

Called proactive by HD Solar. One of the inverters under the panel was broken. Without being able to determine this myself. Same day replacement under 25 year warranty. TOP, keep it up!
