After 20 years of practicing hardly any sport (always thought it was not necessary because of my excellent weight) I started training at Jelle two years ago. In the beginning it was a bit spicy, but soon I got the hang of it. How nice is it when someone motivates and supports you every time and you discover every week that you can do more than you thought. Very soon I started to feel fitter and noticed that my body was changing. This gave me the motivation to keep going. We are now two years later and I cannot live without it! The training sessions are different every time and therefore never get boring. There is room for a joke, but there must be serious training. Good combination seems to me! Jelle realizes very quickly what suits me and what works best for me and that is very nice. I would recommend it to everyone regardless of your age. At 40, I feel fitter than ever, all thanks to Jelle.

We started exercising at CK Active 3 weeks ago. The choice for personal training was mainly to have the right attitude with training, because we both have injuries that we have to take into account. The times you can determine yourself are also very nice! We generally receive training from Kylian and it is very nice that he switches quickly when something really fails. He does not see any problems, but instead tries to offer a solution immediately in order to make it successful. This immediately gives a nice feeling if it is possible to perform an exercise afterwards. He also pays close attention to our posture, so that we are getting better at performing the exercises !!

I started training at CK active to pass a functional sports test. Now change the beacons and train to run 10 km under the hour. That seems to work !! Koen and his colleagues challenge you to give that little bit more that you thought you didn't have in you. Moreover, you exercise in a friendly, non-competitive environment. Injuries are taken into account very carefully and even now in corona time, training is done outside, within the RIVM possibilities.

I have been training with Jelle for a little over 2 years now and can certainly recommend it to everyone. I started training at Jelle because I was looking for someone who could motivate me to train and I certainly succeeded. I have been training with him twice a week for six months and with that he helps me to achieve the results that I am looking for. During the training sessions, Jelle always ensures the right variety of exercises. In addition, he also gives good advice in the field of nutrition. All in all, very satisfied!

I started at sander for 3 weeks. After many sports adventures, it was time for me to start training 1 on 1, and so far I like it very much. Because I have injuries quickly due to a wrong posture, extra attention is paid here. And what also made the decision for me is that I want to train more purposefully. I can recommend it to everyone, what a great company😀
