Worthless, I was able to make an appointment via the internet to be helped by phone. The next day I waited for the call but heard nothing, tried to call back myself but was not answered. I know these are weird times, but take care of your affairs.
1 star is actually too much credit for this store in my view. I stepped in and the gentleman at the desk immediately asked who had recommended my device (Nokia 6.2) to me. Would be a very bad brand. Mister wants to take the phone out of the case, but just keeps pulling while it has a charging plug in it, (he hadn't seen it). The only answer I got to my question was hand in the phone and ask for a refund, because the problems with photos cannot be looked back and apps that close by themselves would be on the phone and EVERYTHING from Nokia. Been in for 2 minutes and gentleman actually didn't bother to listen to the complaint or look for a solution.
First time and NEVER again at this store. Very inept staff what it said today.
