I bought a new watch from 2008 last year. Nice price and one year warranty. After about 10 months I completely pulled out the button (wanted to change the date). Called Langeler, he indicated that the guarantee really only applies to the timepiece. I thought that was strange (is nowhere), but he still wanted to make it.
Eventually repaired for free within a day and also replaced the battery for free. Top service at this jeweler!
