The skin around the cuticles is completely open. My hands were handled too roughly, causing wounds. I called about this with Mariska O and she reacts very unprofessional: according to her this is normal, because I wanted the fake nails close to the cuticles (which I think makes sense) and you walk around with wounds for 1 week. She was also very unfriendly on the phone. In short: this is not worth the price and your hands are opened (which also hurts)
