Never had such a bad treatment, helped so badly and dealt with my complaint so badly. Incomprehensible! Probably because I bought a coupon through Groupon !! In response to your posted response, I am still waiting for an email from you which is indeed half a year ago. That I had expectations because you work with Dermalogica is right, it is a brand that works according to a certain structure. Precisely for this reason I choose this brand. I did not have any questions beforehand if I could handle everything. In addition, also had no Facemap with which Dermalogica always works. I cannot imagine that the intention is to walk around with bumps and red spots for 3 days after a facial treatment. This is in any case the reason why I rate you with a big fail. Both professionalism and service I find very inadequate, possibly this is due to the expectation that I had seen you work with a good brand.
