Very nice gym, good personal guidance !! Not the kind of gym where you feel lost between the machines and where you only meet people with size 36 and muscular powerhouses :-) I feel very comfortable and don't have to hold my stomach in (😁) the threshold going back to exercise was quite high for me but at this gym I immediately felt accepted, supported and encouraged to get fitter again! They also have very interesting workshops that you can follow regarding behavioral patterns! Small groups so you get a lot of guidance from the instructors who really know their business, everything is set to your pace and your goals. There is also an opportunity to work with a nutritionist towards your goals in conjunction with nutrition. This gives you realistic goals that are actually achievable, which motivates you to continue !! What is also a nice plus for me is that there are no mirrors (so I do not have to constantly check whether my stomach / butt does not seem too fat during an exercise and whether my head is really as red as it feels 😂😂 ) P.s. Namara's boxing lesson is highly recommended !! Or take on Yael in a battle, lots of fun guaranteed !!

Beautiful sports club, great atmosphere where everyone can and may train at their own level. Never thought to ever play sports in a sports club, but you really have to experience it!
