Of course it is wonderful to end up in the middle of the shopping street. And there should certainly be something in return. But what bothers me terribly is if you have to pay 1 or 2 minutes past the hour directly for a full hour. Why not scale up 10 CT per so many minutes. That's the way it is at other places (Breda, Dordrecht, Rotterdam, Waalwijk) and that feels a lot more honest. For the rest a normal parking. However, often only 1 payment terminal is active. They do have the option to pay if you drive out of the lever. That is pins only.

Ridiculous how you pay, park 10 minutes and pay for the whole hour. Really out of date.
