I made an appointment and because of a miscommunication I thought my appointment would be half an hour later. I understand that my mistake is and you can make me pay more but at least you're going to help me ... but no, because I had a Social Deals voucher she wouldn't help me anymore. Not customer friendly, definitely not recommended .... never again!
