I am giving a 1 star because it is not possible to give less. I never had any delays, in contrary they arrive earlier than agreed, however when it comes to Customer Care it is clear they have no idea how to treat a Customer and the word Care is not in their vocabulary. Booked a flight from Malta to Eindhoven, paid, checked-in and got the boarding passes. Upon arrival at the desk was told that I have to pay an extra €110 because check in was not done. We explained that check in was made, paid for Priority Boarding, have the Boarding Passes and booked seats as well, how is it possible to say that no check in has been made. The only reply we got was that probably there was an internal error but they cannot do anything. Any claims to Ryanair should be made via email. Unless we pay the extra money we will not be allowed on the flight. Obviously we paid not to ruin our holiday. For 5 days I tried to contact Ryanair via phone, email, online chat but no reply. One time I spent more than 1 hour on my mobile and no one answers the bloody phone (see photo). Today, more than a week after still no reply. If anyone knows other ways or means to get hold of these people I appreciate your help

Early on have applied for refund for the tickets of a cancelled flight - weeks later get an email pushing a voucher and claiming I need to apply again. Clearly tries to bully customers into taking their voucher instead of refunding money for a cancelled flight. Counts on customers not knowing their rights and says they will refund the ticket “once the crisis is over”, pretty sure this is not legal in EU. The links for applying for refund don’t link to any real application form, so one needs to wait for chatting with their “customer service”, which keeps saying you’re in queue. I wonder if requesting help with a different question than refund gets you “help” quicker, since the “help” with refund never comes.

Avoid at any cost. The behavior of the employees is simply the worst I have ever experienced. There are other low cost airlines with way better customer service.

The price starts low but if you want to sit with two people you have to pay extra, and so there are a number of things which gets the price high... The seats are also very closely put together, this does not only happen at Ryanair though. The delays I have had in the past makes it unpleasant. I always love to travel with KLM again. Overall not the best experience.
