Shame about the bad communication.
- I will first wait 10 days for a confirmation of my payment.
- after 4 weeks I receive an email "almost ready" and yet it takes 4 weeks longer.
- I never had a response to the question whether it is true that my painting is not signed.
I suspect that the signature is damaged, because there is an indefinable stain on the painting, but I cannot be sure.
