You tell us what the problem can be. He checks that. And make sure it is corrected even if it is something else. You have to indicate what the maximum amount is that you have to spend. Sometimes he goes over there (he tried to call first for consultation) In such a case a payment arrangement possible I have heard him say about other customers if necessary (sporadic)
