(a few months ago in the meantime, forgot to post a review) Have the car repaired here + service. I would be kept informed of progress. At half past three we received a phone call with a proposal for what to do & to ask permission for the repair to be carried out. All right so far, permission given. They let you know when he is ready. Never heard of it anymore, called 3x in the evening, no answer. The car stays there in the garage and I cannot go to my appointment that evening. Picked up the car another day, I receive a standard apology package with items that are out of date. Called later to ask if I can still get an invoice printed: the answer was no problem. I come by that afternoon, they send me away to come back another time because there are "customers in line". What am I then?
