Good personal guidance and tailor-made tips, even in the group lesson. As soon as you cannot perform an exercise (properly) due to circumstances (pain / discomfort), Diani always has a good alternative at hand. Even if you just need an exercise with more challenge. Super! Diani understands business. Provides good explanations and directions. Before corona time, Diani corrected your posture with small pushes / pokes to get the most out of every exercise in these ways. Besides pregnancy pilates I also followed basic pilates classes. After several lessons you really experience an improvement / strengthening of your body and posture. You also become more aware of your own body. Even at everyday moments outside of pilates class. As soon as I have recovered from my Caesarean section, I will immediately start again with pilates classes.

I started pregnancy pilates at 33 weeks of pregnancy. I hadn't thought of this in advance, but because of the corona measures, the pools were closed and running was no longer possible. And I wanted to do more than just walking and cycling. The lessons were given live via video connection by Diani and despite the fact that we have never seen each other in real life, she was able to explain very clearly what the various exercises were intended with, through very clear instructions and by presenting them via the video connection. Already after 1 lesson my body felt more stable so then I knew it would be useful to continue with this until delivery and maybe even afterwards to rebuild before running. Diani also gave a good explanation about pregnancy and childbirth and the effect on the muscles and about the different types of breathing during childbirth. In short, this is definitely recommended even if you are already well fit by other sports. The focus on the specific muscles that can use extra training during pregnancy ensures that your body goes into labor more fit. It is therefore a useful addition to other activities / sports during pregnancy.

A challenging Mat group lesson and a very educational private session at the REFORMER received from Diani. She is incredibly skilled and teaches and corrects very well. I'm really a fan! I recommend Premium Pilates place as a studio for professional Pilates lessons.
