Super service at this customer-friendly motorcycle store. My Yamaha XJ900S was serviced to my full satisfaction and my fuel / carburettor problem was professionally recognized and resolved. Gives a lot of confidence about the quality and knowledge of the employees. Clear explanation of what needs to be done on your bike!
Ridiculous service comes in stating exactly what you're looking for for the next bike. Eventually ends up with an engine that you have already mentioned from the beginning. After 3 times that I am curious about how the bike drives (KTM Super duke) and I would really like a test drive, even after mentioning that this could really be the next bike in terms of appearance, nothing happens. The seller actually does not sell anything and actually stands there and looks ahead and says nothing about the engine. Ultimately, the seller says, yes if you come next time and are still interested, you can test drive. Sorry but in my opinion you don't want to sell anything.
