Ordered shoes for my son. No message on the day it would be delivered. I called on Saturday. I was guaranteed that they would arrive on Monday. On Monday at 17.05 an email that they will no longer be delivered. Customer be reached but no one contribution of Nelson except excuses. Bad service I find this. Do promise and make guarantees about shoes being on the post, although apparently that is not correct.
