Haagen has changed significantly in the course of the years. Where 10 years ago service was still of paramount importance, I have been treated for two years now as, in my eyes, "too small a customer". Service contracts are no longer continued after 10 years. The biggest hit this year was that two mechanics were sent instead of one technician at € 97.50 per hour. Also twice travel hours service at € 97.50 per hour. After that, kilometer costs for the bus are also charged at € 0.70 per km. In addition, the mechanics arrived later than they put on paper. The hour that they used to pause was also casually charged. After a phone call we were told that we had signed off the work slip and they could not change anything about it. In short, we will no longer use Haagen service. We have bought the new firing bins from their colleagues where we have purchased fire class A burners, flange burners and other small materials. In any case, I will not call Haagen anymore, because the "little ones" do not care for that anymore. Mr. Hudepohl has -e.e.a. picked up and handled everything in a very neat way. For example, they have created a credit note regarding travel expenses. So you can give service, but one thing is true, sometimes you do not have everything in your own hands and you depend on the people around you.
