It is a pity that Google is so generous and does not let people give 0 stars, because what a misery I had with a car that I bought at Van Herk. The gentleman convinced me that the car he sold was perfectly fine and had a timing chain. Less than a week later, I was at another garage because the car started to hitch and growl when I was driving on the highway. It turned out that the car had no timing chain, but a timing belt that had to be replaced after 10,000km. As if that were not enough, the car's EGR valve turned out to be broken (1000 - 1500 euros) and the particulate filter was full, causing the car to start a regeneration process every 3 days (1500 euros). Then you think after so many bales that you are ready with another 3000 euros in repair costs. But the car has let me down every month so far, I have long since lost count of how much I paid for repair. I bought the car with a year of MOT, so that at least I didn't have to look at it anymore. The remarkable thing was that the car had passed the MOT without any problems at Van Herk, but when I had the car checked by a third party, that the car was totally unsafe for the road (two lights that did not work, tires that were on the inside were worn and brakes as good as on). I don't like to blackmail entrepreneurs and I respect everyone who does good business, but then you also have to do good business and not cheat people! When I contacted Mr. Van Herk after a week of purchase, I was yelled at, I was told that the car was super good and that third party who had checked the car had no understanding of cars. On closer inspection, it has earned one star, because from this I learned that I have to pay much more attention when buying a car. In addition, I want the people who are planning to buy a car from Van Herk, protect yourself and don't do it !!

I had bought a car that was not entirely to my liking. I went back and finally drove home with another car after good consultation and service from Mr. van Herk. My feeling about this garage is good!

Good service and fair price. Mr. Van Herk worked hard to get the papers in order before the holidays so that I could pick up my car quickly. A few minor flaws have been neatly remedied. He even went to the Ford garage to make sure it was fixed properly; top service!

only buy with a guarantee! and cross over on paper at the same time, no excuses ... read out the car at brand dealer before purchasing. does erase mistakes that do not come out during a test drive, but you drive a little further ... keep yourself stupid and oh yes and a receipt comes just a day later ...
