One of the smaller distilleries in the Netherlands, but certainly one of the best! Went here today for a guided tour by one of the family members, Patrick van Zuidam, as part of a fan club day for their products. It was great! Rarely have I felt so welcomed by a company whose products I like. Patrick is an amazing guy: outspoken, honest, lots of humor and a great storyteller. Learned quite a lot today about the way they make their products and what they try to do to set them apart. The tour itself lasted about two hours, and it was entertaining from the beginning to the end. Afterwards there was a tasting, where you could try all of their products. And when we left we were given a nice present too! And the best part, it was all for free! Please, if you happen to see one of their products, give it a try. You won't be disappointed and you support one of the coolest companies I know,!

I was never a big fan of Dutch whiskey but I must say this has become my favorite brand. I really hope they continue on the path they are now.
