Been in contact with the Crisis Service of this GGz because of a suicide attempt by my best friend. The 2 people who came along promised to help us where possible and to start a process for my girlfriend so that she would get the help she needed. Mr. and wife of the crisis service were extremely nice and helpful. They promised me that this would all work out and that several people would contact my girlfriend and me. I would also be put on a special telephone line in connection with this situation if it did not go well and I could contact them again if it really did not work. Now it has been more than a month and we have not heard from this "help" for 3 weeks and when I call back in tears because I no longer know what to do next, they refer me again to the doctor (Where this problem and who does nothing) And am I not allowed to contact Mr. Apple. Nothing more than lies and absolutely no help. This could not have been more worthless.

If you are looking for an individual treatment you will not find it here. All treatments are in a group context. Then there are ridiculous waiting lists for those treatments. I have already lost my deductible for 3 times (3 years) from my health insurance and I am still not treated. GGZ declares amounts at 10,000 euros (per year) while in principle you are only on waiting lists. Help is offered that is not realized for you, and that you are again dependent on waiting lists and times. If you want help as soon as possible, do not register here, this body promises a lot but does not come to it much, so that your situation only gets worse. Register with a small organization that you take seriously as a person and you actually want to help, possibly in an individual process instead of the group processes here at GGZ.
