At first I was not satisfied, but was allowed to come back after telephone contact and they solved the problem as desired. Thank you for taking my complaint seriously. Now very happy with the result.

I had my suit steamed here and after picking it up I suddenly had a tear in my jacket. Then I went back to have it repaired (for a fee) and now the jacket is ruined. Instead of stoppage, they stitched it up from the outside. It is now much more striking than the initial tear and several clothing makers have indicated that it is no longer recoverable. I advise against having everyone steaming and / or repairing here.
