Were in negotiation for a nice car, was only about details (towbar and warranty). I was waiting for a counter proposal. At one point the seller called; my apologies we have followed the wrong guidelines and we have increased the asking price by 2500 euros. I said that is nice, I am willing to pay the original asking price (25,000). The seller says 'no, sir, that is not going to be him'. What a really bad thing. My advice; avoid this chain and go to a dealer where they treat you respectfully and know decency standards.

Bought a very expensive demo car, which came from a car salesman from Louwman. During the test drive, the car was messy and without any tank of gasoline. Messy! 🤔 At the time of purchase, it was agreed that it would be delivered full and that it would get a clean showroom. The car was poorly cleaned upon delivery, so certainly not showroom clean. 🙄 Received little attention and service orientation from seller. 😞 Won't go buy a car there a second time.

I bought a Toyota Yaris hybrid at Louwman occasions center on October 16 and was helped very well by David Kammenga and bought a good car. Good service / good agreements / good attitude / perfect delivery. I would definitely recommend this company to other people. Sincerely, Dirk van Doorn
