Auto ”Surprise” Mobility We purchased our first car at this car dealer. Trusting the opinion of our friends, we travelled 100 kms in order to buy our first car. From the very beginning, the relations with Ralf from Automobility turned out rather difficult. The car we chose turned out to be a year older (1999 instead of 2000 - It is a century difference from a certain perspective). As a trade off, Automobility was kind to provide with a free warrant of fitness (APK), which turned out to be pretty much nothing but a stamp on a piece of paper. A few months later, a proper check at a mechanic's identified a substantial list of long existing problems, which were supposed to have been identified during the warrant of fitness (APK). Our kind request to cover maintenance costs (EUR 600), at least partly, was refused by Rick and Ralf from Automobility. They are confident that these malfunctions could have been fixed by their mechanic (you see our problem: the same one that issued this so-called warrant of fitness). We have no trust in Rick’s business. My recommendation to potential buyers: Think twice before you put your trust in the hands of Automobility.

Recently I bought a BMW 3-series convertible here. Although I had bought the car without a warranty, the defect that arose during the first kilometers after collection was neatly remedied by Auto Mobility. The communication before, during and after the purchase was very pleasant and can therefore heartily recommend this company.

Since the beginning of March I have become the proud owner of the Suzuki Swift. After a little more than three months, the shift cable was broken. Apparently a common problem with the Suzuki Swift. I had contacted Auto Mobility, because I was quite shocked. Unfortunately, my warranty had expired for 19 days, but Auto Mobility didn't bother about that at all. In fact, she wanted to cover all costs, provided the car was repaired in their garage. Unfortunately there was no possibility to bring the car to Auto Mobility because of the far distance. It had to be repaired on the spot. Many calls were made, but Auto Mobility came up with the proposal to reimburse € 100 on the invoice. And all that without warranty. That is really service! I felt heard, reassured and helped and I am very happy with that. Thank you very much and a big thumbs up for Auto Mobility !!
