In the search for my first car last Monday I got to know Stern Renault for the first time. Called in the morning for an appointment and I could go straight to the same day. The appointment was completely corona-proof and I had a nice test drive. Unfortunately, the car had two scratches, which were eventually removed free of charge. During my visit to Stern and in delivering the car (which was delivered at the door :)) enjoyed good service and explanation from Ad Straver. A friendly, honest and helpful advisor who really takes the time for his clients. Which is certainly nice if you don't know much about cars yourself.

Two months ago I had an appointment for a test drive with a particular car. I was received very friendly by Ad, got a great explanation about the car and the environment, but in the end I was not so interested in the car I came for. I did see a nice Volkswagen on the spot that I still wanted to try. It was almost closing time, but luckily that test drive was still allowed. I was very enthusiastic and then conducted excellent negotiations with Ad. I was allowed to sleep on it one more night and then agreed. I am still very happy with the car. A few weeks after the purchase, my radio turned out not to be working properly. They simply replaced these for me without discussion, with no extra costs involved - which brings me to the five stars of this review.

Last week we were suddenly without our second car. Engine trouble and the car (bought elsewhere) was written off! So we had to have a new car in the short term and the Renault Clio model caught our eye. After searching the internet, we ended up at Renault Valkenswaard. We were received very enthusiastically and customer-friendly by salesman Ad, who also has a healthy dose of humor. In the short term he helped us find the perfect car (Renault Clio) and we are very happy with it. Thank you for your commitment and we would love to come back. Recommended.
