Just had contact with the store, spoken to downright antisocial and disrespectful. My husband delivered a UPS package at this store last Monday, but we have not yet received a confirmation, when asked about this, I immediately get a lot of frustration over me, with the reason that they are already called so often about packages and that it drives her crazy. During my story, I immediately got into the reason, so I can't even finish my question. Don't let me finish at all and there is NO room for my question, because she immediately fills in what I want to ask. She indicates several times that she has no idea and dismisses it all. This is a package of around 70 euros of which we currently do not know where it is because it was probably scanned incorrectly or the email address was not correctly entered by them. The frustration with the lady remains and to top it all off the receiver is thrown when I approach the lady about her way of communicating. It is a pity that customers who ask for something in a decent way are treated like this, and there was no excuse. You won't see me in this store anymore. I can understand that people have stress in this time of uncertainty, etc., but this was disproportionate. -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------ Response to the message below: Your response again shows, like on the phone, that what I report as a customer is ignored. I have never asked to be able to name which package we have transferred to you, that would be quite strange. I have also not asked if you can track my package. The entire track and trace process can only do its job when an email is also sent by you to us, otherwise we cannot track the package. You have asked if we are interested in receiving a confirmation by e-mail, the answer was: yes. You have noted the email address but then we have not received anything, that's what matters. You as a store have entered the email address. But as I mentioned before, people don't listen and read. I think it is very remarkable to hear / read that you already know which question I was going to ask, while now it also appears from the email that you completely ignore what I actually want to say, it is also about the whole customer-friendliness, a sorry couldn't get rid of it, still not now. "We cannot and are not allowed to give information about this" okay I understand, but why can this be explained in the email but not by telephone? It is a pity that you are now pointing to the customer, as if I am asking very strange impossible things, while the whole disrespectful communication from you on the phone is not offered at all. We only zoom in on the fact of the customer's own responsibility, which is fine, but I think you also have a certain responsibility towards me as a customer and that is speaking to someone in a friendly manner and receiving packages in the correct way. What the UPS does with that is up to them. When a normal question is asked. As a customer, I cannot know that you receive these questions so much and besides that, even if you receive a call as a store every 5 minutes (and no that is not nice and yes this can become irritating) with the same question, it is up to you to deal with it correctly is still no reason to hang up or speak to someone unkindly. This is the last thing I have to say on this, not worth it if this turns into a discussion. We probably don't agree here. The fact remains that as a customer I did not feel heard and that I was communicated on the phone without respect.

Customer for years and are so satisfied Always knowledgeable and super customer friendly The service is great and Erna knows a lot about how to sit on a bike. Fantastic bike purchased and always have the service done. Great super and hope to remain a customer for years
