We brought our VW Eos with a non functional roof. We gave Hoogenboom a couple of hours (worth €600) to diagnose the problem and all they came back with was ‘yes your roof doesn’t function as it should”. As a professional on VW cars you would expect more than a €600 confirmation on what we came there for in the first place. Next o this we didn’t get any sympathy or customer centric approach. Never again will I bring my car to these non professionals and I sure advice against bringing your car there.

I've been a customer here for about a year. I'm starting to notice it's very hard to get a hold of the planning department. It's not unusual to be redirected to some Audi center that is somewhere else because they won't pick up the phone. The maintenance guys are friendly though!

Friendly staff and quick service but limited parking space when visiting. So it's always a struggle to leave my car

Worst service in rotterdam. Magazine never answer the phone. And when u drive there never got the parts in stock 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
