Normally this is a great place at Center Parcs to have a nice lunch, but the Grand Café at Heijderbos is not an advertisement for Center Parcs. It takes a long time for someone to take an order, even though it was not very busy. It was noticeable that this was the case at several tables. The food and drink came out fairly quickly. The quality of the food was fine in itself. We have ordered a club sandwich (tasty, but quite a lot; almost one and a half portion) and a chicken satay. According to the menu you could choose from a small or a normal portion. We opted for a small portion, but when the receipt turned out to be a normal one, the employee came up with the statement 'I can pick up a regular or an XL'. In other words, don't complain, be glad I didn't use the extra expensive variant (which is not on the menu at all).
