The fact that we drive 70 km to collect oak wood says more than enough. Despite the irritations it gives on the autobahn nowadays by the Sunday drivers. Friendly people with good wood for a very decent price.

Felling parts ordered. When assembling it turned out that a part was delivered with the wrong size. Was not difficult at all. We immediately received an excuse mail and since we had already cut the chamfer parts, we received our money back the next day without any problems. Great service!

The website states that an appointment must be made to visit the workplace. Called for the carnival to come in the week after to have a look at douglas beams and poles. No problem. Contacted on Wednesday with the question if we could stop by. Resolute answer: no. Explained that we had already had contact a week earlier etc etc. He had no stock and was an online store. A pity, especially because this timber trade is close by and you can see what you buy in that way, the WOOD trademan seemed the ideal thing to order. Will undoubtedly be good (unfortunately I cannot judge) only this reaction is enough for me to ignore the matter.

I ordered 5.90 meter hardwood beams. They are delivered quickly by a friendly driver. Very satisfied.
