Some time ago we had a cast floor installed in our house. We had some questions about the condition of our cast floor. We can't get hold of the company that poured the floor and were actually a bit distraught. I contacted Mister Kool's via email to ask if they could give us advice about the floor and its condition. I quickly received a response and was offered to come and look at our floor without obligation and to provide us with advice. Super serivce, while we also live quite a distance (Apeldoorn). Peter visited us and inspected our floor. He was very friendly, professional and competent. We saw a clear difference based on the cleaning of a small part of our floor. Without Peter forcing us there or forcing him to do so, he kindly informed us to buy his cleanser through his website. Which we will definitely do. Glad to notice that there are still companies you can trust, are service-oriented and put the customer first. Recommended!

By using an incorrect cleaning product, a dirty haze had come over our PU cast floor. Mister Kools has cleaned this very skilfully and provided advice and products to maintain the floor properly in the future. Very professional and friendly people, definitely recommended!
