Beautiful hiking, wonderful surroundings unwise beautiful blue lake. The 8km walking route is also nice and diverse.
The only pity is that people leave so much dirt behind. And some waste bins too short, but otherwise everything super together 👍👌

To roam through fine sand with Mediterranean trees (the red shimmering ones) like in Italy
Beautiful lake for walking all the way around. Ample parking spaces.
Nice walking area. The visitor center / restaurant is built on top of an old lock and has a large outdoor terrace. The restaurant has great things to eat and drink. It is good to be there.
You can walk around the artificial lake, but if it gets too much you can go halfway to the restaurant via a ferry. However, you have to take this ferry yourself to the other side because there is no motor and no ferryman who arranges it for you.
The real die-hards can considerably extend their walk because the area is larger than just the circle around the lake.
A beautiful place for a long walk around the lake. Parking space, restaurant. It is O.K.
