Very big choice

Ordered online a stroller that was supposed to be delivered the next day (confirmed in the mail). I called 2 times (no answers to mails), waiting 30 minutes each time, and each time they confirmed it would be sent the next day. After 10 days, they discovered it was not in stock, and would not be soon. order cancelled. another 5 days have passed, and I have to chase them again to get my money back. Worst customer service ever.

AVOID ORDERS AND DELIVERY! We had very good experience in the shop, by 2 female colleagues, extremely helpful, patient and competent. Every item we bought on the spot went very well. Where it went wrong: we ordered furniture, which came delayed, missed items, parts were damaged. We paid in the shop beforehand, they later said we did not pay, even delivery was on the phone with them for 30 minutes to get it sorted. They committed to pick it up, took us another few phonecalls to get it also confirmed in writing and the return is delayed yet again. Countless hours(!) wasted on the phone and emails with them. And needless to say, not a single apology.

Great amount of different baby items! From strollers to baby rooms. Staff is very helpful.

Friendly employees work here and they're very helpfull. You can pretty much find anything here for your baby.
