We had a great experience with everything such as thermal baths, hotel, food and service. Of course there are some improvements like saunas. You should pay extra money right there with coins which I think is very old style at least for the Netherlands. It's better if you can pay once and use all facilities. For sure we'll back and strongly recommend it to everybody. Thanks.

Everything went fine when we checked in for one night. When we wanted to have dinner in the evening it turned out that the restaurant was fully booked and that we had to eat outside. That we had to make a reservation they had to inform us at check-in, but unfortunately they had forgotten. Even when we asked where we could eat out, we were referred to the center of Arcen. During our drive there, we came across the Fletscher Hotel around the corner and had a wonderful dinner there. The day after it even turned out that there was also a restaurant next to the thermal bath which is open every day from 5 p.m. Why were we not referred to that, you would say? When inquiring there would be a miscommunication going on between that restaurant and that thermal bath. Very stubborn !! The hotel room was also dirty. See photo as an example. The toilet and bathroom also encountered third-party hair. Furthermore, no telephone or flight plan in the hotel room, let alone a brochure or booklet about the possibilities etc. Even when we called the reception with our mobile in the morning, we received a note that it is not available. This can not be? Not that we were waiting for it, but an excuse with a gesture had already been something but nothing. We will never go back here again, it is a shame that it is so unprofessional there

Nice hotel, great rooms and excellent staff. Food Menu needs an upgrade plus sauna facilities as well.
