Today we visited MyMitella Happy2care in Stolwijk. To our disappointment, it turned out not to be a physical store. I talked to an employee and she said that it was only possible to order via the site. But that if we did that now, she could immediately process the order. After telling us what we were looking for (nurse scissors and ditto watch), they picked up all kinds of examples, so we could place the order through the site. In the meantime, the employee had packed everything and packed it all in a fantastic way, with confetti and all. Never had the idea that we were not in a store. We have been helped tremendously. The customer is really king here.
Socks ordered as gifts. Nice packaging and wonderfully soft. Completely happy!
Handy but also very nice products! Excellent and fast service. I.v.m. had a special delivery urgently. Besides that I was very pleasantly surprised by this service, I was also surprised with a nice present. Definitely a recommendation!
