Very satisfied with the doctor. Listens carefully and is clear in answers. Assistants are also always friendly and helpful on the phone and in practice

I have been living in rotterdam for a while since moving from Sweden to a Dutch company, insured. I called practice to register. The operator does not even let me finish talking to me three times, she interrupts that she knows it all well and she always refers me to a different GP. Eventually after explaining everything she wants to register me to write repeat prescriptions but after all that discussion I have already seen it. She takes no time to listen and with full prejudice about the situation she rejects for no good reason. Eventually she tells me that I can simply register as a client, like any other Dutch person with health insurance. But I don't have to anymore. So I started to report to another GP practice ..
