Just been to Manara for 2 pizzas, shawarma sandwich with 2 rolls and a hair salon. Waited more than 45 minutes, when paying I told that 45 minutes is really long for this order. It was not busy either. You only get the response: I am working all the time. I then indicated that people who have to wait a long time might be offered refreshments. The same response again: I am working all the time. Then you come home to find out that they also forgot the 2 pita breads. Then called, you get a response, which is a shame. We will pay attention in the sequel. Not a response in the trand what is your name, you will get a discount next time. No, we will only pay attention to that next time. Conclusion: If Manara thinks that the guests who are treated in such a way are coming back, Manara is quite wrong. And there were more people outside grumbling about the long waiting times .......... Unfortunately

Today delicious eaten at manara, super delicious shoarma dish. And then to be told that sometimes people have to wait. Well, I don't have that experience. But when it is busy that can happen once. It can be explosive in the hospitality industry, peaks and troughs. But patience is a virtue. For me it is a super business, it may also be said if they are still running well in the same place for 22 years.
