No one present on Saturday 1:30 pm. Pressed the bell several times. Says they are open until 1400 hours. The ATM was also still in night mode. Could not withdraw money. Worthless

Yesterday afternoon July 14, 2020 4.40 pm I was at this office to change the pin code. The friend who came along was asked why he doesn't know his PIN. To which I reply, he is demented and cannot remember his pin code. To which the employee replies, a demented person should not withdraw cash. Unbelievable what a response from this male young employee of this ING office in Velp. Embarrassing response. I would recommend ING to close this office and to dismiss the young male employee concerned immediately. The rest of the story is now known to ING. And will be continued.

As with so many ING branches (Kronenburg, Elst), this branch is permanently closed, this is not stated on most websites so take into account whether you are in front of a closed door!
