I have never been helped on time. Waiting for half an hour is very normal here.

Dokter van Schaijk is a nice doctor. Takes the time. The only point of attention is that you often wait and the appointment is rarely at the agreed time

Whenever I have an appointment here, I make sure I'm on time, but unfortunately that's not the norm for this practice. On average, patients are called in about an hour later than the time agreed. And once that happens I understand that, because of course there can be emergencies in between. But I've never been helped before an hour after my appointment. Even once when I came with a high fever with my son (at the time 2.5 months old) (at the urging of the doctor) it was no earlier than 50 minutes late! I find this outrageous! And if you say something about it, the assistant literally says: "then you are looking for another doctor" Well I will definitely do that!
