Wendy is a calm woman who listens to my wishes very well! I had a facial treatment with her and started a step-by-step plan. Fine but pricey products, she therefore suggested using Klapp products. She chose the products that fit my skin and budget best. I have been using the products for a few months now and am very happy with it, my skin looks good!
