Friendly staff. I believe that they are professional and they also consult with serious problems, but that there is something wrong with regard to final inspection. I had a repair done twice on my convertible, including paintwork. The first time all neatly and properly done, the second time I had to go back 3x because: 1) the spray was partly not completely tight, 2) and a piece of paint came off after a thorough wash, 3) because a new drainage hole was closed with kit .... Be aware that when I had to return my car the 2nd time I got a replacement car. It could all be incidental bad luck, but they could have overcome it by better checking the car before delivery.
