Bought a Citroen Berlingo through this garage. Actual events so far. Agreements: overwrite RDW, MOT, small service, ascription, cleaned inside and outside and ready after 2 weeks. When picking up the car, it turned out that the window was not working properly, a part (bonnet holder) was missing, the mat and gear lever housing was broken and the car (at least, a lot of old leaf waste and a screw stuck under the windows) appeared to have only been cleaned from the outside. Warranty appeared only on engine and with the exception of wages. Appointment to contact us after a week and a half for cleaning the inside and repairing the window, casing and holder. Other old ones, but put in a whole mat. Initial reaction was unpleasant in defense, but this later recovered. During a major turn (another garage, IJsselstijn did not find this useful) there appeared to be oil leakage valve cover gasket and coolant leakage thermostat housing and pipe. Consulted with garage Ijsselstijn with the immediate response: "We will fix that". Car brought back and repaired on all parts after 1 week. Within legal warranty. Car again not cleaned on the inside ("otherwise it was still wet when handed over"). Hopefully it is now ready. I do the cleaning myself, I don't feel like having a discussion about that anymore.

There is no review to be posted on the car company's website. That should already warn you, it also says 25 years of experience. Ask me if you were previously in the motorhome trade, less than five years ago, how 25 years of experience has been built up. Autobedrijf IJsselstijn was certainly not founded 25 years ago! However, that is debatable, because the employees can have 25 years of experience. You can't get that from the website! Just like then at Camper Centrum Vaassen, there is no workshop for repairs. They act difficult when service, warranty or proposals are made. The RDW logo says nothing at all, BOVAG does and they don't have one. There is no safety net to fall back on. Selling like the best, nothing is too much. They promise everything, but when it comes to the crunch, nothing has happened. Read the contract and do not be surprised if a passage comes along that complaints should not be mentioned on the internet. This company seems to be a copy of Camper Centrum Vaassen or Aucam Mobility Zwolle. Be warned and pay attention to the signs when buying a car here.
