Ordered materials, promised to be called back. Called my self after week. Material is not there and offered to cancel the order. Bad business, bad service.

After having been in contact with this company several times, we would receive our bricks within a week. A call would be made a day in advance. We went to call ourselves because there was no phone call when they turned out not to have the stones and could only deliver a week later they could not offer an alternative, strange for a wholesaler to have nothing but good if we had known this earlier than had we can arrange something else we are very dissatisfied with the further handling of this company.

Tiles and a fence ordered from this company. Everything was delivered in accordance with the quotation, but I expected more from the tiles and fence in terms of quality. In essence: - Delivered fence is substandard in terms of quality: many resin spots, glue residues, irregular color (black) - Several tiles had physical damage or the coating was discolored (white and black spots on gray tiles) - Customer service is slow, lacking knowledge, unable to answer questions and tedious to communicate with I would advise against anyone working with this company.

Been to reijmer for tiles, much cheaper than others in the area. Have a quote made and said that we think about it at home. Approved by phone and the day before we were called about what time they would come. Today our stones have been checked and all intact. 15 minutes later than planned, but that is no problem of course. So we are very satisfied with the service and quality. (Kera ordered twice)
