Very satisfied with Reerink Westervoort, and I am a very critical person :-) Bought a new bike, everything was fine from the first moment. Friendly relaxed atmosphere, understanding of business, price was definitely sharp and including service, bicycle immediately available, a free extra lock chain, in short, very pleasant business. After delivery and the first few hundred kilometers, it turned out that the acceleration continued from time to time. I could always go straight for adjustment, and when this did not give the desired result, they ordered a new interior for the gear hub in the rear wheel on their own initiative within three working days and mounted it! Also replaced the brake pads because they squeak a lot, and also a new gear cable to be sure. I think that's good old-fashioned service. My Victoria E-trek cycles wonderfully and I can heartily recommend to everyone to buy a bicycle here.
