After I had problems with my Fox fork on my 3 week old bike (bought elsewhere, where I unfortunately could only go in 2 weeks) approached Frank. Frank and his team not only repaired the front fork within one day (it turned out to be a production error), they also tightened all the spokes, laid cables that were twisted neatly, cleared play in the rear axle and secretly cleaned my bike and put it in the was put too. What a service! Certainly until the next (hopefully regular) service! Jeroen
